Jenna Schuster

Office Manager

Jenna Schuster has called Calvert County home for her entire life. She grew up on a horse farm along with a variety of animals. Jenna participated in the local 4H, pony club, and dressage associations throughout her childhood into adulthood. With her passion for helping and caring for animals, she began working at Prince Frederick Animal Hospital in 2007 as a veterinary technician. Over the years here, she has progressed from a part time technician to technician supervisor, and now as of May 2022 is our office manager. During her time here, PFAH has become her second family where she treats all patients like they are her own. Her professional passions are c-sections, patient care, client communication, and team building with our wonderful staff. Jenna lives here in Calvert County with her son, Lucas and English Springer Spaniel, Pongo. In her free time, she enjoys everything outdoors including hiking, boating, horseback riding, spending time with her family, and going on traveling adventures.

Suzee Mandley

Inventory Manager

Suzee Mandley grew up here in Southern Maryland bringing home any furry critter she could get her hands on. Early in her career, she worked in pharmacy and management where she was able to develop many skills that are used here at Prince Frederick Animal Hospital. Suzee joined our team in May 2017 as a technician and was promoted to inventory supervisor in 2019. She is a hard worker and always willing to jump in and lend a helping hand. Professionally, Suzee keeps the hospital equipment serviced, orders all medications and products to keep in stock, and handles our online orders to maintain convenience for our pet owners. In her spare time, she loves spending time out with her family, or home with her son, 3 dogs, 2 cats, bearded dragon, rabbit, chickens, and ducks. Suzee has always loved all animals and would have many more if she could.

Brittany Johnson

Technician Supervisor

Brittany Johnson was raised in a military family therefore, traveling around the world was a big part of her life. When she was transplanted to Calvert County, she knew immediately as a child this would be home. Over the years traveling would continue to be normal with the military lifestyle, but that hasn’t stopped Brittany from working with animals. Brittany grew up with many animals from prairie dogs to cats/dogs, birds, etc. Brittany has been in the veterinary field since 2008. Once having her two children, she decided it was best to move back “home” to Calvert County. She started her journey with Prince Frederick Animal Hospital in January 2018. Since starting with PFAH she has shown her many talents of different positions in the hospital, including receptionist, kennel attendant, technician, and now the technician supervisor. Currently she is attending San Juan College to obtain her Registered Veterinary Technician License. When off the clock, she enjoys being out on the water, spending time with her children and animals which include her dog, Roxie, bearded dragon, and 3 cats.

T'Keyah Wills

Receptionist Supervisor

T'Keyah Wills was born and raised in Calvert County along with her two sisters. Being well-known in this area was something she grew up accustomed to. Therefore, it’s no surprise that her smiling face has been a staple here at Prince Frederick Animal Hospital since 2009. Starting as a kennel technician, then progressing to be cross trained both as a receptionist and veterinary technician. There’s nothing that T’Keyah can’t do here! Her strong work ethic landed her the receptionist supervisor in 2022 where she has led her team effortlessly. She excels in client education, making sure each client understands the details of their four-legged family members while in our care. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, Nesta and Pepsi.

Kimberly Butera

Kennel Supervisor

Kimberly Butera has lived in Calvert County most of her life. She started her career at a local boarding facility in 2007. There, she found her passion for working with animals and wanted to gain more experience and knowledge in pet care. Since then, she has worked at 3 boarding facilities and a grooming shop. In October 2016 she joined the team at Prince Frederick Animal Hospital as a veterinary technician, and in May 2022 became the kennel supervisor. Her favorite aspects of working here are what goes on behind the scenes. She enjoys surgery and the technical skills that keep the hospital flowing. She truly loves learning in the ever-changing environment of veterinary medicine. Outside of work she enjoys traveling to the beach and mountains, spending time out on the water, and the occasional round of golf with her husband. At home, she has her Pomeranian, Lil Fro, Boston Terrier, Martini, and snake, Sedusa.
